All business coaching emerges from the strategic direction of the business – in fact Ben started coaching (over 30 years ago before it was fashionable) as a direct response to MD’s and CEO’s asking for assistance in the implementation process. Over many years he has worked with individuals and teams to overcome the blockages to improved outcomes.
Characteristics of the process include:
